In addition to weekly readings, discussion, and activities, you will have the oppor-tunity to complete a Learning Challenge/Solution Project. You will identify an area of learning that may be of interest or particularly challenging for you. The possible areas you might select include:â–ª Concentration/Attentionâ–ª Motivationâ–ª Procrastination/TimeManagementâ–ª Retention ofMaterialâ–ª Comprehension ofMaterial â–ª Note-taking (lecturesandtexts)â–ª Test Anxietyâ–ª MetacognitiveSkillsâ–ª TestPreparationâ–ªWritingFirst, define your selected learning challenge and then research possible solutions (use our text, other texts, research articles, interviews, internet, etc.). You must document your research solutions with a minimum of three references in addition to the text. Second, write a description of the solutions and address how you applied at least three of the solutions to a personal situation. Practice the solutions for a minimum of 3 weeks and note any changes you observe. You will be expected to keep notes on this process. After completing your 3-week challenge,  write up the above information and the outcomes.
